Are my sponsorship contributions tax-deductible?

Yes - Option Source was incorporated as a non-profit corporation in the state of Minnesota in December of 2011.  In the summer of 2012, 501(c)3 paperwork was filed with the IRS.  Our application could take up to a year to process, however, the IRS does allow us to operate as a non-profit in the interim, which means that all contributions are tax-deductible.  The information we have received from the IRS to date indicates that they will be requesting "minor additional information to be resolved", thus we have NO reason to expect our application to be denied.  With that information in hand, and because we believe sponsors (such as yourself) would support this cause with or without the tax deduction, we have chosen to get our campaign underway immediately.  We want to start making a positive impact against abortion as soon as possible!
